Meeting your GDPR, PECR and DPA obligations #
All businesses have an obligation to follow the guidance for The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), Data Protection Act (DPA) and The General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
All our new websites now ship with a GDPR and PECR compliant cookie notice banner provided by CookieYes. This provides the required mechanism to allow for consent or withdrawal from cookies and record consent.
We request that all clients create an account with CookieYes to enable the features to record cookie consent and manually start a scan the site for cookies to populate your cookie list in the banner. The video below explains how to create this account.
